Welcome and thank you for your interest in registering for the 2025 Society for Literature, Science, and the Arts Conference, which will be held in Corvallis, Oregon from August 21st through August 24th. Please find below information regarding registration to help you to plan your visit.

- In-Person Attendance:
Full registration will enable participants to attend all sessions, keynotes, book and art exhibitions, and receptions. We will also provide all full registrants daily coffee, tea, and continental breakfasts; afternoon snacks; and one buffet-style business lunch. - Virtual Attendance:
International scholars and students may be rightfully concerned about the challenges of international travel during our current historical moment. We therefore offer our international colleagues a virtual option that will enable them to attend panels and keynotes remotely via Zoom at the standard registration rate. Remote attendees should consult our “International Attendees” page on this site for further information on this option. Please note that virtual attendance is available only to international scholars travelling to the United States from abroad. - Conference Guests:
Guests of SLSA members who wish to attend only the opening and closing receptions and art exhibition can be registered by the SLSA member registrant at a discounted guest rate during the registration process. Conference guests need not be active members of SLSA.

In-Person attendees who wish to book discounted lodging at an Oregon State University dormitory will have that option available when they register. Please note that we have a limited number of such rooms, so early registration is highly encouraged.
Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be made in writing to [email protected] two (2) weeks prior to the start of the conference. Cancellation requests received by that time will receive a refund of registration fees minus a $50.00 administrative fee. Substitutions may be allowed. Please contact the conference organizers for approval.
Please note that we are unable to process refunds if it has been more than SIX (6) months since the original charge.
